Vintage Text Adventures Emulated in Windows10

WELCOME to my collection of vintage dos, main-frame

and classic text adventure games.

It took months to get them all converted to run

in an in-effect dos emulated core, that runs

in modern Windows.. without just using Dosbox.

You just run the Toye emulator, and PRESS <END>

to load the main menu.

Then you select your game, PRESS the correct key,

PRESS <ENTER> and the game runs.

There has been ,from time to time, when the Emulator 

crashed, but in all these games, I have not had a crash.

Some of these games have solution files located on a website

called CASA. but I wouldnt list the solutions here, so 

if you want the full challenge, then you can have it.

My main goal is to see more young people get into

programming fields. So, I ask a 2.99 requested

donation for the games. I will use all of these

funds to sponsor creative high achievers , who

dont have the resources to get into colleges, and 

will provide scholarships for them.

It is in this vein that you are deeply welcome to help

me fund these, our future programmers, to get into

the field, and I thank you beforehand if you do.

Lets take the games, you know you need all the games,

and especially the retro-games, and you need to play

all the games too.

<CAVE OF RICHES>

This game is a transition away from traditional mazes

 and treasure hunts towards stories with an actual plot

 and cohesive locations.

 Cavern of Riches does neither of these things. The game

 tasks you with collecting 12 different treasures and

 then dropping them off in a cabin to earn points.

<HAUNTED MANSION>

You enter a creepy old mansion, and through a 

series of steps, you put together the way to get

the items needed, and escape. It is one of the funner

 games that are out there.

<HAUNTED HOUSE>

You wander around a haunted house, which is represented

 basically on a 5x5 grid at least 3 or 4 stories high.  

In the center and around the outside of the hallways are 

various rooms.  You search these rooms to find a skeleton 

key (to unlock doors), and I found some ornate stone that

 increased my luck. In searching the rooms you will also 

find hidden passageways... ONE of which is eventually 

going to lead you out of the house. If there is somebody in

 the room with you - it's actually a ghost.

You just have to escape, and with a little luck, you WILL!!
